Torque Performances warranty covers only those defects that arise as a result of normal use of the parts & services provided and does not cover any other problems, including those that arise as a result of: (i) improper maintenance or modification (ii) software, parts or supplies not provided or supported by Torque Performance (iii) operations outside the vehicles normal use (for example Motorsport use) and (iv) unauthorized modification or misuse.
